Sigbin is a Mythical creature in Cebu Province has been captured alive,initial reports indicated.
According to the legends/ "Sigbin" or popularly known as "Chupacabra" are said to be blood sucking creatures who gives off a bad smell and looks like a hornless goat with long tail and large ears.
However, Sigbin might not be just made-up after all. Photos of a creature in Cebu have been circulating around the web. Many netizens are speculating that the said creature in the photographs might actually be the Legendary Sigbin or " Chupacabra ".Sigbin is a nocturnal animal associated with the " aswang " in the Visayas Region.
