CHINESE TUTOR POKED A PENCIL, PUNCHES AND KICKS HER STUDENTS

This led to the local Education Bureau issuing a statement saying the teacher was dismissed last Saturday and a judicial inquiry is now underway.Under China’s 2006 law on Protection of Minors, corporal punishment on the grounds of nurseries and schools is strictly illegal.

Another girl watches on in horror but then becomes a second victim as the yob teacher proceeds to punch and slap her. Other scared pupils taking part in the dance routine are left shocked before being told to carry on the dance. The abuse stops but only for a short while before the teacher unleashes another blows to the girl wearing a pink coat.

It comes just one month after a young girl was poked in the face with pencils by her teacher after failing to answer a simple maths question. The girl, believed to be between four and five years old, had been attending a private day-care facility which was later found to be managing without a licence. After going home from school one day, her mother discovered that she had six small cuts in her face which had draw blood but which were then beginning to form scabs.
