Wake Up in middle of sleep ?? This Could Help You Figure Out What it Means

A normal sleep of a people should be around 7 to 8 hours. This is considered a healthy amount of sleep. A waking up in the middle of sleep, though, might mean that there are certain physical or emotional problems taking place



Did you know that the sensations your body is experiencing can be defined by what time you sleep or wake up? Find out the meaning

1.Emotional disappointment may exist if you wake up between 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM. This one is in relation with the gall bladder, wherein, in ancient Chinese medicine, is considered the time it is most active. It will help if you let positive mantra stay and practice self-acceptance or forgiveness before going to sleep.


2.Higher power or energy may be trying to reach you if you wake up between 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM. This time is in connecting with emotions of sadness. Breathing exercises and prayer will help you go back to sleep as during this time, a higher energy is alerting you.

3.A stress or worried mind can be signified if it is hard for you to sleep between 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This is considered as the bed time for most. It is highly recommended for you to meditate to help you sleep well.

4.Emotional Blockage can be active when you wake up around 5:00 AM or 7:00 AM. If you like to go back to sleep during this time, stretch your muscles or use the bathroom.

5.Waking up around 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM may define anger. Drinking some cold water and mediating will help you get a better sleep as this energy time is connected to the liver; waking up at this time may be associated with anger.

We should listen to what our body is telling us in order to get us an emotional health or better physical.
